This is the first navigator that I have purchased. It is very easy to use and extremely accurate. I’m a country boy and was able to easily navigate my way through Anaheim a few weeks ago. I even got to the point where I would put in an address and just trust that Tom Tom would get me there. I didn’t even look at a map. I won’t travel without it. It’s even funner when you upload some celebrity voices to guide you along. Buy this product if you need a simple trustworthy and cheap navigator.It was in excellent condition, yet used. The price was less than 1/2 the price I payed for a new one. This model was the exact same model I had, but finally wore out. Amazon totally surprised me with this product. Excellent service.

I just got my TomTom VIA 1505TM yesterday and just got off the phone with the (easily accessible and very friendly and helpful), customer service is what I wish I knew before I branch this: it is still in beta and not supported by ISN Tomtom much infrastructure yet. For example, who today (April 5, 2011), you will not find it on most of the drop-down menu on the TomTom web site, or as an adjunct in the phone menu when calling customer service. More seriously, it can connect to TomTom HOME, a program that lets you do fun things like TomTom offers downloadable voices or other instruments to Doodads. I was really excited to bring my GPS with different voices and I'm sorry that I can not do. I am sure that during this year, TomTom Updates Via Post GPSes, which ultimately allows them to join the party, but now there is very little support for this product.

This is a good product that is reliable, works as expected, and comes with good customer service. After I bought and tested this TomTom XL 540, which quickly installed and used TomTom Home to update it, and used the warranty on my map free full update. All this worked exactly as expected. When I had the device and started using it, told me how easy it was to use and configure. It does a better job routing is expected, and the accuracy of the map is also very good. Text to Speech feature works quite well, this is what makes the talk of the street names, locations and directions. The voice is clear and loud (I had to turn down the volume a little high). Fumble makes some strange street names or foreign.
